Coming Soon: 'Check Out My Fresh' — Andre Demarion Brown's Animated Debut

Animation isn't a category Atlanta — or PFC — has historically led in. Andre Demarion Brown is here to change that. 'Check Out My Fresh' is the first feature-length animated film from writer/animator Andre Demarion Brown, produced in collaboration with Epic Scope Film. A coming-of-age story dressed in streetwear color, gravity-defying physics, and the kind of soundtrack that makes you reach for the volume knob, it's a love letter to the kids who built personalities out of fits, sneakers, and Saturday-morning attitude. 'I wanted the movie to feel like the moment you walk past a mirror and catch your own reflection looking back like you just won,' Brown tells PFC. 'Animation lets you draw that feeling on the wall in neon.' Production partner Epic Scope Film — a full-service house with credits across music videos, documentaries, and commercial work for Plain Truth Studio, Ivy-League Records, LA Film School and beyond — is handling the post pipeline, color, and finishing.
